V praksi pa to ne pomeni ni\u010d, ko se sredi no\u010di zbudi\u0161 premo\u010dena ali ko tvoja potrpe\u017eljivost izpuhti brez razloga. Razumevanje, katere so razli\u010dne faze menopavze, ni le stvar terminologije, ampak osnova, da sploh ve\u0161, kako ukrepati.
